Ingredients

17 oz. potatoes
9 oz. flour
1 egg
2.8 oz. butter
5.3 oz. ground poppy seeds
Pinch of salt
Sugar
Cherry brandy
Powdered sugar
Cinnamon

Directions

1. Cook and peel potatoes, then mash them using a fork.
Put mashed potatoes, flour, egg and a pinch of salt in a bowl and blend the ingredients.
Knead mixture into a fluffy patato dough and form finger-thick equally long noodles (approx. 2'' long).

2. Bring salted water to a boil and boil noodles until they end up floating on the surface.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan at low heat. Add poppy seeds, sugar and finally a shot of cherry brandy.

3. Drain noodles thoroughly and roll them in mixture of poppy seeds and sugar.
Sprinkle noodles with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm.
